This paper discusses the application of the Honeywell DSA system in the oxygen generator(air separation system)in detail.The basic principle and technical features of DSA system are introduced first,and then its integration and application in the air separation system are analyzed through practical cases.By testing and evaluating several key performance indicators,this paper shows how the DSA system improves the oxygen generator efficiency and reduces energy consumption,and analyzes its impact on the environment and safety.Finally,this paper explores the challenges and solutions encountered by DSA systems in practical operation through specific case studies,and predicts future development trends.
