摘要
构建耦合协调度模型对长江经济带高等教育发展、技术创新与产业结构升级之间耦合协调关系进行测度,并分析其收敛性和动态演进趋势。研究结果表明:考察期内长江经济带各省市高等教育发展、技术创新与产业结构升级耦合协调水平总体处于上升趋势,但耦合水平较低,贵州和云南一直处于极度失调阶段,安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、重庆由极度失调阶段过渡到严重失调阶段;上海则在中度失调和轻度失调之间徘徊;浙江由严重失调阶段进入中度失调和轻度失调阶段;江苏省由轻度失调进入濒临失调、勉强协调阶段;长江经济带高等教育发展、技术创新与产业结构升级耦合协调度存在δ-收敛和β-收敛;耦合协调水平差异在扩大,出现了多极化现象。
The coupling coordination degree model is constructed to measure the coupling coordination relationship between higher education development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and its convergence and dynamic evolution trend are analyzed.The results show that during the study period,the coupling coordination level of higher education development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is also on an upward trend,but the coupling level is relatively low.Guizhou and Yunnan have been in the stage of extreme imbalance,and Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan and Chongqing have been in the stage of severe imbalance.Shanghai fluctuated between moderate and mild dysregulation;Zhejiang Province from the severe disorder stage into the moderate disorder and mild disorder stage;The level of coupling coordination in Jiangsu Province is from mild disorder to near disorder,barely coordination stage;The coupling coordination degree of higher education development,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt hasδ-convergence andβ-convergence;The difference of coupling coordination level is expanding,and the phenomenon of multi-polarization appears.
