基于角色扮演的CBL教学在精神科护理学课程中的应用

摘要 目的:探索基于角色扮演的CBL教学在精神科护理学课程中的应用效果。方法:将我校本科2018级护理学专业2个班级随机分为实验组(56人)和对照组(56人)。对照组实践环节采用CBL教学方法,实验组采用基于角色扮演的CBL教学方法。比较两组学生的教学效果、批判性思维能力及期末考试成绩。结果:实验组学生教学效果中“有助于提高分析解决问题的能力”“有助于提升学习兴趣”“有助于师生之间互动交流”“喜欢此种教学方法”4个条目得分高于对照组;实验组学生寻找真相、系统化能力维度及批判性思维能力总分高于对照组;实验组学生分析能力、思维自信心维度及批判性思维能力总分高于实验前;实验组学生期末考试成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:基于角色扮演的CBL教学法能够激发学生学习兴趣、促进师生互动交流,提升学生批判性思维能力并提高学生的学习水平。 Objective:To explore the effect of CBL teaching based on role-play in psychiatric nursing course.Methods:Two classes of nursing students in grade 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group(56)and control group(56).The control group adopted CBL teaching method in practice,and the experimental group adopted CBL teaching method based on role-play.The teaching effect,critical thinking ability and final examination scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of"help to improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems","help to enhance learning interest","help to interact between teachers and students"and"like this teaching method"in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of truth-seeking,systematic ability and critical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The scores of analytical ability,thinking self-confidence and critical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those before.The final examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method based on role-play could stimulated students'interest in learning,promoted the interaction between teachers and students,improved students'critical thinking ability and learning level.
