摘要
为激发医学青年科技创新活力,激励医学青年在科技创新和成果转化领域“挑大梁、担主角”,培育科技创新青年人才,搭建助力青年科技创新的全方位服务平台,加快推动医学青年创新转化的“最后一公里”,文章以首届全国卫生健康行业青年创新大赛为案例,分析大赛如何通过高规格的组织、广泛的项目覆盖、科学客观的评审体系以及全媒体宣传矩阵的有效应用,成功激发医学青年的创新活力,挖掘其创新潜力。通过完善青年科技创新赛事体系、制订阶梯式科技创新和成果转化培训课程、探索分阶段项目评审奖励方式、建立优秀项目全流程培育跟踪的有效机制及加强大赛创新成果的交流互鉴等建议,为青年创新转化全流程提供有效的孵化平台。通过一系列举措可以进一步激励医学青年在科技创新和成果转化领域发挥更大作用,实现科技成果的高效转化,推动卫生健康事业的高质量发展。
To stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation of medicine youth,encourage medicine youth to“take the lead and take the lead”in the field of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation,cultivate young talents in scientific and technological innovation,build a comprehensive service platform to help young people in scientific and technological innovation,and accelerate the“last mile”of promoting the innovation and transformation of medicine youth,this paper takes the first National Health Industry Youth Innovation Competition as an example,analyzes how the competition successfully stimulates the innovation vitality of medicine youth and exploits their innovation potential through high-level organization,extensive project coverage,scientific and objective evaluation system and effective application of all-media publicity matrix.Through improving the youth scientific and technological innovation competition system,formulating the stepped scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation training courses,exploring the phased project evaluation and reward method,establishing an effective mechanism for the whole process of excellent project cultivation and tracking,and strengthening the exchange and mutual learning of the innovation achievements of the competition,an effective incubation platform is provided for the whole process of young people's innovation transformation.Through a series of measures,medicine youth can be further encouraged to play a greater role in the field of scientific and technological innovation and transformation of achievements,achieve efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promote the high-quality development of healthcare industry.
