摘要
随着生物技术的不断发展,高通量测序技术在生物信息学领域得到了广泛应用,推动了多组学数据整合分析研究的深入发展。这些多组学数据包括基因组、转录组、蛋白质组和代谢组等多个层面,对于理解生物体的生命活动具有重要意义。组学技术涉及知识面广泛且复杂抽象,而皮肤科传统教学方法通常专注于传授组学技术的理论知识,并未充分重视多组学技术相互融合的教学实践,以及这些技术在皮肤疾病研究中的实际应用价值。文章旨在探讨一种创新教学模式,该模式结合了思维导图和案例联合研究型(case and research-based learning,CRBL)双轨教学法,旨在将皮肤科多组学教学实现从传统聆听式教学向可视式、思考式、交互式和实践式教学的转变。这种教学模式有望为皮肤科研究生提供更丰富、更深入的学习体验,同时培养他们的独立思考能力,有助于提高他们的科学研究水平。
With the continuous development ofbiotechnology, high-throughput sequencing technologyhas been widely applied in bioinformatics, promotingthe in-depth development of integrative multi-omics dataanalysis. These multi-omics data include multiple levels ofgenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics,which are of great significance for understanding the lifeactivities of organisms. Omics techniques involve a widerange of complex and abstract knowledge. At the same time,traditional dermatology teaching methods usually focuson imparting theoretical knowledge of omics technologieswithout sufficiently emphasizing the teaching practice ofintegrating multi-omics technologies and their practicalapplication value in skin disease research. This article aimsto explore an innovative teaching model that combines mindmapping with a case and research-based learning (CRBL)dual-track teaching method, aiming to achieve a transitionfrom traditional lecture-based teaching to visual, reflective,interactive, and practical education in multi-omics teachingin dermatology. This teaching method is expected to providedermatology graduate students with a richer and more indepthlearning experience while cultivating their ability tothink independently, which will help improve their scientificresearch.
