The paper mainly discusses the design principle,specific setting requirements,flue gas emission requirements,environmental protection requirements and emission standards of diesel generator chimney and boiler chimney in civil buildings.By summarizing and analyzing the requirements of each standard and specification,the key points of civil building chimney design and the matters needing attention in the design process are clarified.
