摘要
针对某款空调室外机试验测得在压缩机60Hz工况下管路应力过大的问题进行研究,通过建立管路系统有限元模型与模态分析,确定了管路的固有频率及振型,将管路系统在压缩机工作过程中产生的径向力和扭矩激励及管路的压力脉动作为激励源,利用谐响应分析方法计算了管路系统的应力分布情况并与实验结果进行对比,仿真与实验结果相同,排气管路第一个弯管处应力集中较为严重,而在管路系统其他部位应力相对较小。为了解决弯管应力过大问题,采用了参数优化设计方法,对管路系统进行了改进,提高了管路系统的抗应力能力。
his paper investigates the pipeline system in the outdoor unit of an air conditioner to solve the problem of the pipeline system with a large stress at the operation speed of 60Hz.Based on the finite element model and the modal analysis,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the pipeline can be calculated.The radial force,torque excitation and the pressure pulsation in the pipeline are used as the excitation source.The stress distribution of the pipeline is simulated and compared with the experimental results,the results of simulation and experiment are the same,and the stress concentration is more serious at the first bend of the exhaust pipe and the stress is relatively small in other parts of the pipeline.In order to solve the problem of excessive bending stress,a parameter optimization design method is applied to enhance the stress resistance.
