机电自动化技术在工程机械制造领域的应用已成为推动行业创新与发展的关键要素。通过集成先进的计算机、传感器和控制技术,工程机械设备能够实现自主感知、智能决策和高效运行。本文探讨智能化、清洁化、柔性自动化、集成自动化以及故障检测与诊断等机电自动化技术在工程机械制造中的重要应用,阐述以上应用对提高生产效率、优化资源利用、降低环境影响等方面的积极影响。
The application of electromechanical automation technology in the field of engineering mechanical manufacturing has become a key element to promote the innovation and development of the industry.Through the integration of advanced computer,sensor and control technology,engineering mechanical equipment can achieve autonomous perception,intelligent decision-making and efficient operation.This paper discusses the important applications of electromechanical automation technologies such as intelligence,cleaning,flexible automation,integrated automation,and fault detection and diagnosis in engineering mechanical manufacturing,and expounds the positive effects of the above applications on improving production efficiency,optimizing resource utilization,and reducing environmental impact.
