摘要
目前城轨车辆大多采用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)技术实现对牵引电机的变频调速控制。然而,近年来变频牵引电机的定子绝缘过早出现损坏的案例时有发生,这是由于牵引电机的定子绕组长时间承受电应力、热应力和机械应力的影响,随着运行时间的增加,定子绝缘老化的趋势不可扭转。因此,有必要采取有效的测试手段,定时对牵引电机定子绝缘状态进行评估,以保障列车的正常运营。文章详细介绍了基于直流加压的绝缘指标测试方法、各指标的定义与绝缘状态评估标准,以及一种高安全性高灵敏度的耐压测试方法——斜坡升压测试。同时,文章以运行里程约38万km的8台同批次同型号地铁牵引电机为测试对象,根据测试结果分析了所测绝缘指标用于评估绝缘状态的有效性。
Most current urban rail vehicles adopt the PWM technology to realize the control of frequency variation and speed regulation of the traction motor.However,in recent years,cases of premature damage to the stator insulation of the variable-frequency traction motor have happened occasionally due to the impact of the electric stress,the thermal stress and the mechanical stress caused by the stator winding of the traction motor.As the operating time goes on,the trend of aging of the stator insulation is irreversible.Therefore,it’s necessary to use effective testing methods to evaluate the stator insulation state of the traction motor regularly to guarantee the normal operation of the train.This article describes in detail the test method based on DC applied voltage for insulation indices,the definition of different indices,and the evaluation criteria for insulation state,as well as the method of the slope boost test,withstand voltage test method with high safety and high sensitivity.Meanwhile,the article takes 8 metro car traction motors of the same batch and the same model that have run about 380000 km for the purpose of testing and analyzes the effectiveness of the tested insulation indices used for evaluation of the insulation state according to the test result.
