摘要
目的 探讨基于快速康复外科(FTS)的护理措施在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取单县海吉亚医院2022年1月至2023年6月收治的80例LM患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,常规护理)与观察组(40例,基于FTS的护理措施)。比较两组临床指标、负面情绪及睡眠质量。结果 观察组术后排气及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于FTS的护理措施在LM患者中应用可缩短康复时间,改善负面情绪及睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing measures based on fast track surgery(FTS)in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing LM admitted to Haijiya Hospital in Shan County from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases,conventional nursing)and the observation group(40 cases,nursing measures based on FTS)using the random number table method.The clinical indicators,negative emotions,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale score,self-rating depression scale score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing measures based on FTS in patients undergoing LM can shorten recovery time,and improve negative emotions and sleep quality.
