某型LNG船惰气发生器排海水管安装布置探讨

摘要 针对某型液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)船的惰气发生器安装位置错误造成的排海水管系进出口压差较小,导致惰气发生器喷淋塔内积水的问题,对惰气发生器排海水管的泄放能力进行计算,并对气发生器排海水口的位置和喷淋器出水管管径进行优化。研究表明:该优化方案不仅能有效解决惰气发生器喷淋塔内积水的问题,还能实现最小设计修改量。研究成果可为惰气发生器排海水管的安装布置提供一定参考。 In response to the problem of water accumulation in the inert gas generator spray tower caused by a small pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the discharge pipe system due to the incorrect installation position of the inert gas generator on a certain type of liquefied natural gas(LNG)ship,the discharge capacity of the inert gas generator discharge pipe is calculated,and the position of the gas generator discharge outlet and the diameter of the sprinkler outlet pipe are optimized.Research shows that this optimization scheme can not only effectively solve the problem of water accumulation in the inert gas generator spray tower,but also achieve the minimum design modification.The research results can provide some references for the installation and layout of the discharge pipe of the inert gas generator to the sea.
