摘要
近年来,塑化剂逐渐被大家知晓,不知不觉中,塑化剂早已走入我们的生活,对我们身体和环境造成严重危害。如今乳腺癌已成为“全球第一大癌症”,是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,现有研究发现,乳腺癌的发生可能与塑化剂暴露有关,塑化剂暴露会增加出现乳腺癌的风险。了解乳腺癌的危险因素,深入研究塑化剂暴露对乳腺癌产生的潜在作用机制,对疾病预防和研究都具有重要指导意义。本文对塑化剂的危害及对乳腺癌潜在威胁及其机制作一综述。
Since the"cloud agent"incident in Taiwan,plasticizers have gradually been known by everyone,and unconsciously,plasticizers have already entered our lives,causing serious harm to our bodies and the environment.Now breast cancer has become"the world's first major cancer",is the highest incidence of female malignant tumors,existing studies have found that the occurrence of breast cancer may be related to plasticizer exposure,will increase the risk of breast cancer.Understanding the risk factors of breast cancer,indepth research on the potential mechanism of plasticizer exposure to breast cancer,disease prevention,research and prevention have important guiding significance.
