摘要
基于贵州山区地形地貌背景条件下,在开展“房地一体”项目宗地面积质量检验时,利用RTK、全站仪等仪器需投入大量的人力物力,并常受限于GPS通讯链路传输不佳、基础控制布设不足等因素影响而不能高效开展工作。鉴于此,以经过测绘成果质量验收的某“房地一体”项目为基础,探讨利用SmartStation观测的宗地面积精度符合性,并分析SmartStation与RTK+全站仪模式在观测宗地面积精度、效率上的差异。结果表明:①SmartStation实测样本宗地面积精度满足项目设计及相关规范的精度指标要求,可以应用于“房地一体”宗地面积质检验收。②对比两种类型设备观测的各宗地面积中误差,离散率相差不大,但RTK+全站仪模式中误差的离散度高于SmartStation观测的离散度,表明SmartStation相较于RTK+全站仪模式具有更高的数据收敛性,仪器整体性能更好、稳定性高,出现系统误差的概率更低。③相比于RTK+全站仪模式,SmartStation耗时更少,数据采集效率更高,节省了更多的时间、物力成本。
Based on the terrain and landforms of mountainous areas in Guizhou,when carrying out the quality inspection of the land area for the"Real Estate Integration"project,a large amount of manpower and material resources need to be invested in using instruments such as RTK and Total Station.The work is often limited by factors such as poor GPS communication link transmission and insufficient basic control layout,and cannot be carried out efficiently.In view of this,based on a certain"Real Estate Integration"project that has undergone quality inspection of surveying and mapping results,this paper explores the accuracy compliance of land area observation using SmartStation,and analyzes the differences between SmartStation and RTK+Total Station modes in terms of observation land area accuracy and efficiency.The results show that:①The accuracy of the measured sample land area of SmartStation meets the accuracy requirements of project design and relevant specifications,and can be applied to the quality inspection and acceptance of"Real Estate Integration"land area.②Comparing the errors observed by two types of equipment in the area of each plot,the difference in dispersion rates is not significant.However,the dispersion of errors in the RTK+Total Station mode is higher than that in the SmartStation observation,indicating that SmartStation has higher data convergence compared with the RTK+Total Station mode,better overall instrument performance and stability,and a lower probability of systematic errors.③Compared with the RTK+Total Station mode,SmartStation takes less time,has higher data collection efficiency,and saves more time and material costs.
