摘要
新时代高校承担着立德树人的根本任务,是为党育人、为国育才的主阵地,也是推进廉洁文化建设的重要力量和涵养廉洁文化的重要阵地。本文诠释了新时代高校廉洁文化建设的重要意义和主要内容,分析了高校廉洁文化建设存在的问题,并针对新时代加强高校廉洁文化建设提出了对策建议,即加强顶层设计,提供制度保障;开展廉洁教育,增强育人实效;拓展传播载体,搭建文化矩阵;开展学习教育,筑牢思想红线。
Colleges and universities bear the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality in the new era.They are the main fronts for educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country.They are also an important force to promote the construction of integrity culture and an important position to cultivate integrity culture.The significance and main content of the construction of integrity culture in colleges and universities in the new era are explained,the problems existing in the construction of integrity culture in colleges and universities are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of integrity culture in colleges and universities in the new era are put forward:strengthening the top-level design and providing institutional guarantee;carrying out integrity education and enhancing the effectiveness of education;expanding the communication carrier and building a cultural matrix;carrying out learning education and building a red line of thought.
