摘要
Ⅲ型固有淋巴细胞(ILC3)是一种新型淋巴细胞,激活后通过产生白细胞介素-22(IL-22)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)发挥抗菌和修复黏膜损伤的作用,本综述主要探讨ILC3/IL-22在细菌性肺炎中介导抗菌免疫的作用和机制,以期为细菌性肺炎的防控提供理论依据和研究思路。
Group 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3) are a novel type of lymphoid cells,which playing an antibacterial and mucosal repair role by producing interleukin-22(IL-22) and interleukin-17(IL-17) after activation.This review explores the roles and mechanisms of ILC3/IL-22 in mediating antimicrobial immunity in bacterial pneumonia,aiming to provide theoretical basis and research perspectives for the prevention and control of bacterial pneumonia.
