摘要
日益复杂的国家安全形势和不断发展的总体国家安全观,从政策角度要求国家安全教育的目标更加多元、力度更加严格、重点对象更加明确以及效果更加长效。与相关要求相比,我国国家安全教育的制度化水平有待提高、内容体系有待健全、专业人才保障有待加强、效果评估有待完善,是制约国家安全教育发展的重要因素。针对这些问题,需要构建行之有效的国家安全教育制度保障、资源保障、人才保障和评估保障等保障机制,推进国家安全教育长效开展。
The increasingly complex national security situation and the evolving holistic approach to national security make it necessary to improve the policy of national security education,such as pursuing more diversified objectives,making greater efforts,identifying clearer priorities and achieving longer-lasting effects.However,the inadequacy of institutions for national security education,the incomplete content system,the insufficiency of professional personnel,and the lack of effectiveness evaluation are still important constraints on the development of national security education.Therefore,in order to promote the long-term development of national security education.it is necessary to establish effective guarantee mechanisms for national security education,such as institutional guarantees,resource guarantees,talent guarantees and evaluation guarantees.
