浅谈变频冗余技术在工业控制系统中的应用

摘要 变频器在工业生产中主要用于调整电动机的功率、实现电动机的变速运行,达到省电的目的。此外,变频器还可以做到精准调节,控制电动机的启动电流,实现零频零压时逐步启动,减少对电网的冲击,提高电动机的使用寿命,降低维护成本。为了提高关键设备(如大型离心机、空压机)的可靠性,可将变频器组成双冗余系统。对变频器双冗余系统的特点及其在生产实践中的应用进行了介绍。 Frequency converters are mainly used in industrial production to adjust the power of motors and to achieve variable speed motor operation,to save electricity.In addition,the inverter can also achieve accurate regulation,control motor starting current,achieve zero-frequency zero-voltage gradually start,reduce the impact on the power grid,improve the life of the motor,and reduce maintenance costs.In order to improve the reliability of the key equipment(such as large centrifuge,air compressor),the frequency converters are composed of dual redundant systems.This paper introduced the characteristics of dual redundancy system of frequency converter and its application in production practice.
