摘要
探究国际中文教师教材使用效果及其影响机制,对于提升教师专业能力、研发高质量教材具有重要意义。本文基于Biggs的3P教学理论,从前提、过程和结果三个层面构建假设模型,并对1341名国际中文教师的调研数据进行结构方程模型分析。结果表明:(1)教材使用认知和使用策略是影响教材使用效果的重要因素;(2)教材观念通过教材使用认知和使用策略间接影响教材使用效果;(3)教材研究对教材使用认知和使用策略均有正向影响;(4)新、熟手教师的教材使用效果影响机制存在差异。据此,本文从提升教师教材应用能力、调整教材研发思路、创新教材研修模式三方面提出针对性建议。
To investigate the effectiveness and the influencing mechanisms of international Chinese teachers'use of textbooks is of great significance for the improvement of teachers'professional ability and the development of high-quality textbooks.Based on Biggs'3P theoretical framework,this study constructs a hypothesis model from the three levels of presage,process and product,and carries out structural equation model analysis on the survey of 1341 international Chinese teachers.The results show that:(1)Teachers'understanding and strategies of textbook use are important factors that affect the effectiveness of textbook use;(2)Teachers'conception of the textbook indirectly affects the effectiveness of textbook use through their understanding and strategies of textbook use;(3)Teachers'research on the textbook has a positive impact on both the understanding and the strategies of textbook use;(4)There are differences in the mechanisms affecting the effectiveness of textbook use between novice and experienced teachers.Based on the analysis results,this study puts forward targeted suggestions in three aspects:to improve teachers'ability to use textbooks,to adjust textbook development strategies,and to innovate textbook research and training mode.
