摘要
精子优选是保存男性生育力的重要一步。微流体技术在小面积芯片上集成精密流道与附属系统,可以模拟精子与女性生殖道的相互作用和构建流体分选模型,研究精子的生理特性并筛选出潜在的更优秀的精子细胞,用于生育力评价与保存。本文综述了近年来微流体芯片在优选精子方面的最新研究进展。
Sperm selection is an important step in preserving male fertility.Microfluidic technology integrates precision flow channels and ancillary systems on a small-area chip,which can simulate the interaction between sperm and female reproductive tracts and construct fluid sorting models to study the physiological characteristics of sperm and screen ideal sperm cells for fertility evaluation and preservation.This article reviews the latest research progress in microfluidic chips in the selection of sperm in recent years.
