摘要
目的:观察基于行动研究法构建的延续性护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年10月至2022年10月该院收治的94例乳腺癌术后患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于行动研究法构建的延续性护理。比较两组依从性,护理前后心理弹性[Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、病耻感[社会影响量表(SIS)]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、生命质量[乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)]评分。结果:观察组依从率为93.62%(44/47),高于对照组的76.60%(36/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组CD-RISC、GSES、FACT-B评分高于对照组,SIS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于行动研究法构建的延续性护理应用于乳腺癌术后患者可提高依从性和心理弹性、自我效能、生命质量评分,降低病耻感评分,效果优于常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing based on action research method in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on action research method on the basis of that of the control group.The compliance and the scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],stigma[social impact scale(SIS)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)]before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.62%(44/47),which was higher than 76.60%(36/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of CD-RISC,GSES and FACT-B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the SIS score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing based on action research method in the postoperative patients with breast cancer can improve the scores of compliance,psychological resilience,self-efficacy and quality of life,and reduce the stigma scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
