摘要
目的分析无痛胃镜检查中采取地佐辛联合丙泊酚的效果。方法抽取本院在2023年1月至2023年12月收治的120例无痛胃镜检查患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组。每组60例。对照组单一使用丙泊酚干预,试验组行地佐辛联合丙泊酚干预。对两组生命体征、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间定向恢复时间、不良反应发生率及满意度进行对比。结果两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))对比发现,两组麻醉诱导后MAP均降低,试验组降低幅度相比对照组较为平缓(P<0.05);两组麻醉诱导后HR均降低,试验组降低相比较对照组稍显,但对比差异小(P>0.05);麻醉诱导后,对照组SpO_(2)于T2、T3时低于T1时(P<0.05),试验组SpO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、定向恢复时间低或短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜检查中采取地佐辛联合丙泊酚可对患者的呼吸功能予以稳定,具有较好的麻醉效果,可减少不良反应发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of using dexamethasone combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy examination.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,60 cases per group.The control group received propofol intervention alone,while the experimental group received dexamethasone combined with propofol intervention.Compare two groups of relevant indicators,propofol dosage,recovery time,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction.Results The comparison of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))between the two groups showed a significant decrease in MAP after anesthesia induction,with the reduction in the experimental group was relatively flat compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).After anesthesia induction,HR decreased in both groups.The experimental group showed a slight decrease compared to the control group,but the difference was small(P>0.05);After anesthesia induction,the SpO_(2) in the control group was lower at T2 and T3 than at T1(P<0.05),SpO_(2) in test group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The dosage and recovery time of propofol in the experimental group were lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of dexamethasone and propofol in painless gastroscopy can stabilize the respiratory function of patients,have good anesthesia effects,reduce adverse reactions,and improve patient satisfaction.
