摘要
文章基于南京恒天领锐某试制车型在涂装车间面漆过程中产生的流挂问题,结合现场实际作业情况,从流挂产生原理、产线设备状况、工艺路线制定、员工作业手法、油漆材料判定等方面系统分析并通过工艺验证,确定关于车身流挂的改进方案。而且该方案在实际应用中取得了较好的成效,并简要分析了相关影响车身油漆质量的因素,提出了一些建议,期望对后期油漆涂装精益制造起到指导及参考的意义。
Based on the flow-hanging problem of a trial-produced model of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui in the process of surface painting workshop,combined with the actual operation situation on site,the paper systematically analyzes the flow-hanging generation principle,production line equipment status,process route formulation,staff operation methods,paint material determination and other aspects,and determine the improvement plan for body flow-hanging through process verification.And the scheme has achieved good results in practical application,and briefly analyzed the related factors affecting the paint quality of the body,and put forward some suggestions,hoping to guide and reference significance for the lean manufacturing of paint coating in the later stage.
