摘要
以典型生物药生产为例,从生物制药实践教学体系及内容创新、素质拓展和思政教育等角度,探讨了引导学生构建“创新生物药研发链”为主线的系统思维和创新能力,实现课堂教学、实践教学、实际生产的无缝对接。提出了构建一体化的实践教学体系,强化工艺设计,注重跨学科融合,将当今世界新兴技术、颠覆式科技变革引入实践教学以提升教学内涵等,这些改革举措对于解决高校制药工程实践教育与产业脱节的问题,促进当今产教深度融合有借鉴意义。
From the perspectives of biopharmaceutical practical teaching system and content,quality expansion,and ideological and political education,taking typical biopharmaceutical production as an example,this paper explored how to guide students to build a systematic thinking and innovative ability centered on the“innovative biopharmaceutical research and development chain”,and how to achieve seamless integration of classroom teaching,practical teaching,and practical production.New reform perspectives and innovative ideas are proposed,which include to build an integrated practical teaching system,strengthen process design,emphasize interdisciplinary integration,and introduce emerging technologies and disruptive technological changes into practical teaching and so on,which innovates and enhances practical contents.These reform measures are of great significance in resolving the problem of irrelevance between pharmaceutical engineering practical education and pharmaceutical industry in higher education,and promoting deep integration of industry and education today.
