原子吸收光谱法测定食品包装玻璃中5种氧化物含量

摘要 目的:建立原子吸收光谱法测定食品包装玻璃中三氧化二铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠5种氧化物含量的方法。方法:将试样用水润湿,加酸消解,冷却后加水和盐酸稀释、定容,摇匀后供原子吸收分光光度计测试。结果:5种氧化物的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差为0.31%~5.60%,加标回收率在91.0%~98.8%。结论:该方法操作简单,准确度高,精密度好,适用于批量检测食品包装玻璃中5种氧化物含量。 Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of five oxides,namely iron trioxide,calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,potassium oxide,and sodium oxide,in food packaging glass by atomic absorption spectroscopy.Method:The sample was moistened with water,dissolved with acid,diluted with water and hydrochloric acid after cooling,fixed volume,shaken,and tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Result:The linear relationship of the five oxides was good,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999,relative standard deviation of 0.31%to 5.60%,and recovery rates of 91.0%to 98.8%.Conclusion:This method is simple to operate,has high accuracy and good precision,and is suitable for batch detection of 5 types of oxide content in food packaging glass.
