中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议提出,“高水平社会主义市场经济体制是中国式现代化的重要保障。”“要构建全国统一大市场,完善市场经济基础制度。”河南作为全国重要的经济大省,其市场建设对于全国统一大市场的形成至关重要。近年来,河南省全面落实党中央、国务院关于建设全国统一大市场的相关决策部署,深化改革创新、优化市场环境、完善配套政策、构建长效机制、强化监督管理,融入全国统一大市场的步伐明显加快,取得了阶段性成效。今后,河南将聚焦打造现代产业体系、开放创新体系、物流枢纽体系、对外开放体系、市场监管体系、区域协作体系和要素市场体系,以深度融入全国统一大市场,更好助力全国统一大市场建设。
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that a high-level socialist market economy is an important guarantee for Chinese-style modernization,and we should build a national unified market and improve the basic system of the market economy.As an important economic province in China,the market construction of Henan is very important to the formation of the national unified market.In recent years,Henan Province has fully implemented the relevant decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the construction of a national unified market,deepened reform and innovation,optimized the market environment,improved supporting policies,built long-term mechanisms,strengthened supervision and management,and accelerated the pace of integration into the national unified market,and achieved phased results.In the future,Henan will focus on building a modern industrial system,open innovation system,logistics hub system,opening up system,market supervision system,regional cooperation system and factor market system,so as to deeply integrate into the national unified market and better help its construction.
