摘要
目的分析≥40岁人群带状疱疹疫苗(Herpes zoster vaccine,HZV)接种率和影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法在南京市3个区6个街道选择≥40岁人群开展问卷调查,分析HZV接种率,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析HZV接种的影响因素。结果调查对象HZV接种率为3.58%(53/1479)。家人有HZV免疫史、有流感疫苗免疫史、HZV支付意愿高(>3千元)、HZ/HZV认知得分≥平均分的调查对象HZV接种率更高[OR(95%CI):15.73(7.06-35.07)、2.12(1.03-4.37)、4.51(1.41-14.49)、2.16(1.02-4.56)]。结论南京市≥40岁人群HZV接种率较低,建议加强适龄人群HZV相关知识健康教育,探索HZV接种相关政策。
