摘要
聚焦3D视觉技术中的双目视觉在工业应用中的潜力,通过深入分析双目视觉原理,结合摄像机标定和立体匹配技术,实现对动态目标的三维坐标和姿态信息的精确获取。基于这一成果,设计基于双目视觉的工业机器人自动上料系统,通过目标识别定位与抓取实验验证了系统的有效性。
This paper focuses on the potential of binocular vision in the industrial application of 3D vision technology,through in-depth analysis of binocular vision principle,combined with camera calibration and stereo matching technology,to achieve the accurate acquisition of three-dimensional coordinates and attitude information of dynamic targets.Based on this result,an automatic feeding system of industrial robot based on binocular vision is designed,and the effectiveness of the system is verified through target recognition,positioning and grasping experiments.
