摘要
芋头广泛分布于世界各地,种类繁多,我国芋头具有悠久的栽培历史,形成了各具特色的品种。芋头中有着丰富的活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、调节胃肠功能、增强免疫等多种生物活性。但文献中对芋头的活性成分获取方式、结构特点以及生物活性均存在差异。通过查阅国内外相关文献,对其化学成分的结构特征及药理作用进行分析总结,为今后芋头的深入研究、食品研发及功能性产品开发利用提供参考。
Taro is widely distributed around the world,there are many kinds of taro,taro in China has a long history of cultivation,the formation of a variety of distinctive.Taro is rich in active substances,with antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-tumour,regulating gastrointestinal function,enhancement of immunity and other biological activities.However,there are differences in the way of obtaining active ingredients,structural characteristics and biological activities of taro in the literature.By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the structural characteristics and pharmacological effects of the chemical constituents were analysed and summarized to provide a reference for the in-depth study,food research and development,and functional product development and utilization of taro in the future.
