摘要
乒乓球运动历来属于我国的大众体育项目,具有广泛的群众基础,又因其集娱乐性、竞技性及健身性为一体,受到了广大人民群众的欢迎。大学生青春年少、精力旺盛,是祖国的未来和希望。该文围绕乒乓球运动对大学生身心健康的影响进行探索,分析了乒乓球运动对速度、耐力、柔韧、力量等素质的影响,以及乒乓球运动对大学生焦虑、抑郁、情绪控制、社会退缩等心理健康问题的影响,希望助力今后更好地开展高校体育教育的改革,并推动体育事业和发展。
Table tennis has always been a popular sports in China,which has a broad mass base.Because of its entertainment,competitiveness and fitness characteristics,it has been welcomed by the broad masses.College students belong to the group of young and energetic people,and they are the future and hope of China.This paper explores the impact of table tennis on improving the physical and mental health of college students,and analyzes the impact of table tennis on speed,endurance,flexibility,strength and other qualities,as well as the impact of table tennis on college students'mental health such as anxiety,depression,emotional control,and social withdrawal,which is helpful to better carry out the reform of physical education in colleges and universities and promote the development of sports in the future.
