摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定毛发样本中新型靛红腙类合成大麻素物质5F-BZO-POXIZID。实验结果表明,毛发基质中,5F-BZO-POXIZID在0.1~40 ng/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为r>0.999,检出限为0.002 ng/mg,定量限为0.005 ng/mg。在0.1,1,10 ng/mL 3个浓度水平下,测得5F-BZO-POXIZID的日内精密度为0.88%~1.15%,准确度为106.64%~110.50%,提取回收率为97.70%~104.84%,基质效应为77.68%~80.32%。该方法具有较高的灵敏度和回收率,可以满足毛发样本中新型靛红腙类合成大麻素的分析需求。
A novel synthetic cannabinoid substance 5F-BZO-POXIZID was determined in hair samples using UPLC-MS/MS.The experimental results showed that in the hair matrix,the linear relationship of 5F-BZO-POXIZID was 0.1~40 ng/mL,with the correlation coefficients(r)higher than 0.999.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.002 ng/mg and 0.005 ng/mg.At three concentration levels of 0.1,1 and 10 ng/mL,the daily precision of 5F-BZO-POXIZID was measured to be 0.88%to 1.15%,the accuracy was 106.64%~110.50%,the recovery was 97.7%~104.84%,and the matrix effect was 77.68%~80.32%.This method has high sensitivity and recovery rate,and can meet the analysis requirements of new“OXIZID”synthetic cannabinoids in hair samples.
