摘要
针对PTA装置精制单元关键设备滚筒式蒸汽干燥机,总结出干燥机经常出现的设备问题,即蒸汽回转干燥机的减速箱、电机、轮带和拖轮的故障,从操作、设备多方面进行了具体的原因分析,由原因出发制定出工艺运行、日常巡检、日常维护、定期检修等方面的应对办法,制定了有效具体的预防措施,确保了精制单元滚筒式蒸汽干燥机的长期稳定运行,为PTA装置长期平稳提供保障。
Aiming at the key equipment of the refining unit of PTA plant,the paper sums up the common equipment problems of the rotary steam drier,which are the faults of the reducer,motor,pulley and tugboat of the rotary steam drier,this paper analyzes the concrete reasons from the operation and equipment,and from the reasons,formulates the countermeasures in the process operation,daily patrol inspection,daily maintenance and regular maintenance,etc.,the effective and concrete preventive measures are worked out to ensure the long-term stable operation of the drum type steam dryer in the refining unit and to provide guarantee for the stable operation of PTA plant.
