摘要
针对玻璃钢夹砂管道在实际工程应用中对监理技术标准与效能评估的精确化需求,研究提出基于数据驱动与数值模拟的分析方法。结果显示,位于南送自流段(K0+120~K0+135)与南送自流段(K0+200~K+215)的壁厚分别为42.27和43.92mm、超声波检测强度分别为155和160MPa,表明在特定的工程段落存在强度落差。研究结果不仅可以优化工程质量,还能够指导监理标准的制定,适用于复合材料管道的施工,可为工程监理领域提供实践经验。
Based on data-driven and numerical simulation analysis method is proposed to meet the precise requirements for supervision technical standards and efficiency evaluation in practical engineering applications of glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipelines.The results show that the wall thickness of the middle reaches(K0+120~K0+135)and downstream(K0+200~K0+215)are 42.27 and 43.92mm,and the strength values are 155 and 160MPa,respectively.This indicates that there is a strength deviation in specific engineering sections.These findings not only optimize engineering quality,but also guide the formulation of supervision standards.The research results are applicable to the construction of composite material pipelines,providing practical experience for the field of engineering supervision.
