摘要
自2019年以来,城镇污水处理厂提质增效行动在各地开展,但因经济条件、地理条件以及治理理念及方法的差异,导致各地管网治理成效参差不齐。为了解决传统治理方法中存在的弊端,以贵阳市某污水处理厂为试点,按照定量分析排查、精准靶向治理、成效复盘分析的三步法,采用污染现状调查图、工程措施总平图、治理成效分析图的“三张图”作战方式,对排水系统的提质增效进行总结分析。结果表明,该工作方法有效提升了该污水处理厂进厂污水浓度,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似项目的开展提供了较好的经验借鉴。
Since 2019,the action of improving the quality and efficiency of urban sewage treatment plants has been carried out in various regions.However,due to differences in economic and geographical conditions,as well as governance concepts and methods,the effectiveness of pipe network governance varies in different regions.To solve the shortcomings of traditional governance methods,a sewage treatment plant in Guiyang city was taken as a pilot project.According to the three-step method of quantitative analysis and investigation,precise targeted governance,and effectiveness review analysis,the“three maps”of pollution status survey map,engineering measure general plan,and governance effectiveness analysis map were used to summarize and analyze the improvement and efficiency of the drainage system.This work method not only effectively increased the concentration of incoming sewage in the sewage treatment plant,but also received good economic and social benefits.The benefits provide good experience and reference for the development of similar projects.
