摘要
目的研究分析膝骨性关节炎患者实施刺络药物罐疗法的疾病状态,评估刺络药物罐疗法在临床中应用价值。方法将2022年1月—2023年2月佛山市中医院治未病中心收治的60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别实施刺络药物罐疗法和常规治疗方式后,多角度分析患者治疗后疾病状态及治疗安全性。结果试验组总有效率93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组(63.3%,19/30)(χ^(2)=7.054,P=0.009<0.05)。干预治疗后,两组膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛症状评分和膝关节功能状态Lysholm评分均改善,其中试验组患者改善程度明显(P<0.05);干预治疗后试验组患者步态评估(步长和步速)以及关节液细胞因子水平均改善明显(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组均发生2例(6.7%,2/30)不良反应,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者应用刺络药物罐疗法可明显改善关节液内细胞因子水平,减弱患者疼痛程度,改善步态参数,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To study and analyze the disease status of patients with knee osteoarthritis who undergo pricking and drug-cupping therapy and evaluate the clinical application value of pricking drug cupping therapy.Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.After receiving pricking and drug-cupping therapy and conventional treatment,the disease status and treatment safety of the patients were analyzed from multiple perspectives.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.3%(28/30),significantly higher than that(63.3%,19/30)of the control group(χ^(2)=7.054,P=0.009<0.05).After intervention treatment,the pain symptom score and Lysholm score of knee joint function status in both groups improved,and the improvement in the experimental group showed significance(P<0.05).After intervention treatment,the gait evaluation(stride length and pace)and cytokine levels in the joint fluid in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in both the experimental group and the control group was 6.7%(2/30),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of pricking and drug-cupping therapy in patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the levels of cytokines in joint fluid,reduce the pain and improve gait parameters and the clinical treatment effectiveness.
