摘要
乡村振兴的深度推进需要高素质人才的支持,高职学生作为技术技能型人才的重要来源,在此进程中扮演着不可替代的角色。聚焦高职学生在基层就业中的重要性和在基层就业过程中面临的问题,从教育模式革新、就业政策扶持、就业环境改善、就业渠道拓宽等方面提出相应的解决对策,这将有效引导高职学生参与基层就业,缓解社会就业压力,弥补基层经济社会建设中专业人才缺口,促进学生综合素质进一步优化,为乡村振兴输送更多高质量人才,实现个人成长与国家发展相一致。
The deep promotion of rural revitalisation requires the support of high-quality talents,and higher vocational college students,as an important source of technical and skilled talents,play an irreplaceable role in this process.Focusing on the importance of higher vocational students in primary-level employment and the problems they face in the process,corresponding countermeasures are put forward in terms of innovation of education mode,support of employment policy,improvement of employment environment,and broadening of employment channels.This will effectively guide higher vocational college students to participate in primary-level employment,alleviate social employment pressure,make up for the gap of professional talents in the economic and social construction of the primary level,promote the further optimisation of students’comprehensive quality,deliver more high-quality talents for the revitalisation of the countryside,and realise the consistency between personal growth and national development.
