摘要
目的探讨^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脊柱转移瘤的疗效。方法选取中国医科大学辽宁省人民医院自2019年7月至2022年7月收治的60例出现脊柱转移的NSCLC患者为研究对象。分别于治疗前1周及治疗后1、3、6个月,记录并比较患者的视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分与日本骨科学会(JOA)评分,以及脊髓压迫程度(ESCC)分级。结果治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,患者VAS评分均低于治疗前1周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月,患者JOA评分均高于治疗前1周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,ESCC分级为3级患者比例低于治疗前1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗NSCLC脊柱转移瘤安全有效,不仅能显著改善患者的生活质量,还在控制局部脊柱转移病灶方面起到积极作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ^(125)I radioactive particle implantation in the treatment of spinal metastases in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 60 NSCLC patients with spinal metastasis admitted to Liaoning Provincial People′s Hospital of China Medical University from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.Visual analog scale(VAS)scores were recorded and compared with Japanese orthopedic association(JOA)scores and epidural spinal cord compression(ESCC)grades at one week before treatment and one,three and six months after treatment,respectively.Results One month after treatment,three months after treatment and six months after treatment,the VAS scores of patients were lower than those of one week before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The JOA scores of patients one month after treatment,three months after treatment and six months after treatment were all higher than those of one week before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with ESCC grade three at six months after treatment was lower than that at one week before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ^(125)I radioactive seed implantation in the treatment of NSCLC spinal metastases is safe and effective,which can not only significantly improve the quality of life of patients,but also play a positive role in the control of local spinal metastases.
