摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)是一种高侵袭性乳腺癌亚型,约占乳腺癌的五分之一。目前治疗以手术、辅助化疗和放疗为主,但治疗效果欠佳。因此,迫切需要寻找潜在的治疗靶点。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)是肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中最主要的免疫细胞,参与肿瘤微血管生成和转移、免疫逃逸和耐药。TAMs现已成为结直肠癌、胰腺癌和乳腺癌等肿瘤的新免疫治疗靶点。该文就TAMs的募集过程、其在TNBC中的作用及基于TAMs改造治疗TNBC的研究进展作一综述。
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a highly aggressive subtype of breast cancer.It accounts for about one-fifth of all breast cancers.Current treatment is based on surgery,adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy,but the therapeutic effect is poor.Therefore,finding potential therapeutic targets is urgently needed.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)as primary immune cells in tumor microenvironment(TME),are involved in tumor microangiogenesis and metastasis,immune escape and drug resistance.TAMs have now become a new immune therapy target for tumors such as colorectal,pancreatic and breast cancers.In this paper,we present a review on the recruitment process of TAMs,their role in TNBC and the research progress of TAMs-based modification for the treatment of TNBC.
