摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gln)是一种中性氨基酸,可维持机体酸碱平衡,调节免疫。谷氨酰胺作为多种氨基酸合成的前体、组织间氮转运体、代谢中间体、维持细胞氧化还原等被广泛应用于动物生产,对家禽生长性能、肠道健康、免疫性能等有积极影响。文章主要对谷氨酰胺来源、生物学功能、作用机制以及在家禽生产中的应用进行简要综述,为谷氨酰胺在家禽生产中的科学合理应用提供理论参考。
Glutamine is a neutral amino acid that maintains the acid-base balance of the body and regulates immunity.Glu⁃tamine is widely used in animal production as a precursor for the synthesis of many amino acids,intertissue nitrogen transporter,metabolic intermediates and maintenance of cellular redox,which has a positive effect on the growth performance,intestinal health and immune performance of poultry.In this paper,the source,biological function,mechanism of action and application of glutamine in poultry production were briefly reviewed to provide theoretical reference for the scientific and rational application of glutamine in poultry production.
