摘要
目前生态清洁小流域所采用的技术分散且不成体系,导致治理效果也不稳定,亟需创新适合流域自然条件的流域治理技术体系。本研究从河道水系治理、污染源治理、水土流失综合防治、生态修复、河周环境改善5个方面匹配适用于都市宜居型生态清洁小流域的技术,进而针对不同建设模式下的都市宜居型生态清洁小流域进行技术集成,为全域建设都市宜居型生态清洁小流域提供参考,也为资源化、生态化城市更新提供技术支持。
At present,the technologies used in ecological clean small watersheds are scattered and not systematic,and different regulators have different tendencies,resulting in unstable governance effects.It is urgent to innovate a watershed gove rnance technology system that is suitable for the natural conditions of the watershed.Therefore,technologies suitable for urban livable ecological clean small watersheds were proposed from five aspects:river water system governance,pollution source governance,comprehensive prevention and control of soil and water loss,ecological restorat ion technology,and improvement of the surrounding environment.Furthermore,technology integration is carried out for urban livable ecological clean small watersheds under different const ruction modes,providing reference for the comprehensive construction of urban livable ecological clean small watersheds and technical support for resource ut ilization and ecological urban renewal.
