摘要
在“双高”建设背景下,知识产权转化作为高职院校人才培养和科技创新的重要环节之一,能够促进高质量教育和产业发展的有机结合,能够推动地方经济和社会发展,增强国家综合实力。高职院校应基于人才培养要求,了解产业发展态势,把握市场实际需求,建立健全知识产权管理体系,加强知识产权的申请和保护,建立产学研合作平台,打造成果转化创新体系,构建资金支持和激励机制,营造良好的科技创新环境,实现知识产权转化的进一步发展。
In the context of the"dual high"construction,the transformation of intellectual property rights,as one of the important links in talent cultivation and technological innovation in vocational colleges,can promote the organic combination of high-quality education and industrial development,promote local economic and social development,and enhance national comprehensive strength.Higher vocational colleges should,based on the requirements of talent cultivation,understand the development trend of the industry,grasp the actual market demand,establish and improve the intellectual property management system,strengthen the application and protection of intellectual property,establish a platform for industry university research cooperation,create an innovation system for the transformation of achievements,establish funding support and incentive mechanisms,create a favorable environment for scientific and technological innovation,and achieve further development of intellectual property transformation.
