摘要
高校分党校是高校党校的下属分校,是以院系党委(党总支)为主体的学习基地。作为中央精神和决策部署落地的关键一环,部分高校分党校存在“学用脱节”“青蛙现象”“事倍功半”“转化递减”的现状。红色文化作为中国共产党在实践过程中形成的一种精神财富,与高校分党校的教学内容在目标、内容、价值“三个方面”存在共通性。因此,高校分党校要充分发挥红色文化育人功能,从教学内容、教学模式、教学管理、教学队伍“四个维度”探索红色文化融入高校分党校教育教学的策略。
The Party School of a university is a subsidiary branch of the Party School of a university,which is a learning base mainly composed of the Party Committee(Party General Branch)of the department.As a key link in the implementation of the central spirit and decision-making arrangements,some university branch party schools have the current situation of"disconnection between learning and application","frog phenomenon","twice the effort and half the result",and"decreasing transformation".As a kind of spiritual wealth formed by the CPC in the process of practice,red culture has commonalities with the teaching content of branch party schools in colleges and universities in the"three aspects"of goals,content and value.Therefore,party schools in universities should fully utilize the function of cultivating students with red culture,and carry out education and teaching from four dimensions:teaching content,teaching mode,teaching management,and teaching team.
