摘要
文中首先根据器件手册完善了所用PIN管的spice模型,保证仿真结果的准确性;接着,分析了宽带射频(RF)限幅器中PIN二极管在高于、低于渡越频率的频段时工作状态的不同,并给出了对应功耗的计算方法,以保证功耗的精确性;然后,根据滤波器原理用三对反向并联的PIN管设计了一款宽带RF限幅器;最后,根据高、低频段功耗的不同给出了该限幅器的输入功率上限。实测结果表明,在3 MHz~3 GHz的宽频带范围内,其回波损耗大于24 dB,插入损耗小于1.6 dB。该宽带RF限幅器可将30 dBm的连续波信号限制在15 dBm以内,结构简单,价格低廉,易于与其他电路集成,可用于通信设备和测量设备的输入保护。
Firstly,the spice model of the using PIN diode is improved according to the device datasheet to ensure the accuracy of the simulation results.Next,the differences of the working states of the PIN diode in the wideband radio frequency(RF)limiter in the frequency band above and below the transit frequency are analyzed,and the calculation method of the corresponding power dissipation is given to ensure the accuracy of power dissipation.Then,based on the filter principle a wideband RF limiter is designed with three pairs of anti-parallel PIN diodes.Finally,according to the difference of power dissipation in high and low frequency bands,the upper limit of the input power of the limiter is given.The measured results show that the return loss is greater than 24 dB and the insertion loss is less than 1.6 dB in the wide frequency range of 3 MHz~3 GHz.This wideband RF limiter can limit the 30 dBm continuous wave signal to 15 dBm,and can be used for input protection of communication equipment and measurement equipment with simple structure,low cost,and easy integration with other circuits.
