变压吸附制氮系统设计及对比分析

摘要 化工行业每年为国家生产大量的化工产品,满足了人们的生产生活所需。在工业化稳步发展的今天,化工企业的工艺变革成为关键性内容。随着我们国家工业的迅速发展,我国对于氮气的需求量每年以8%以上速度增长。变压吸附制氮技术是一种新型氮气提纯技术,具有工艺流程简单、运行可靠、启动时间短和自动化程度高等优点。文章主要在对变压吸附制氮工艺原理、流程简单叙述的基础上对变压吸附制氮工艺系统进行了设计,并搭建了测试系统进行相关性能测试及进行对比分析。研究表明采取变压吸附制氮方式可节能15%~20%。此研究对变压吸附制氮技术的进一步研究具有一定的指导意义。 The chemical industry produces a large number of chemical products for the country every year,which satisfies the needs of people's production and life.Today,with the steady development of industrialization,process change within chemical companies has become a key element.With the rapid development of industry,China's demand for nitrogen is growing at a rate of more than 8%per year.Variable pressure adsorption nitrogen technology is a new type of nitrogen purification technology,which has the advantages of simple process,reliable operation,short start-up time and high degree of automation.The article is mainly on the basis of the principle of variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production process,process simple description of the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production process system design,and set up a test system for relevant performance testing and comparative analysis.The study shows that adopting the variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production method can save 15%~20%of energy.This study has certain guiding significance for the further research on the technology of variable pressure adsorption nitrogen production.
