摘要
本研究以珍珠粉为原料,通过优化珍珠水解蛋白的提取技术,探究制备珍珠水解蛋白的最佳工艺条件和生产工艺参数,并对珍珠水解蛋白的生物活性进行研究。结果表明,最佳水解工艺:乳酸添加量为4.5 mL;酶解时间为180 min;酶添加量为第一次0.1 g,第二次0.05 g;酶解温度为40℃,此条件提取的珍珠蛋白的得率最高。该产物经功效研究表明珍珠水解蛋白具有美白和抗氧化活性,含珍珠水解蛋白的面霜经过人体功效评价具有美白的功效,其在护肤品领域具有较高的应用价值。
This study uses pearl powder as the raw material,optimizes the extraction technology of pearl hydrolyzed protein,explores the optimal process conditions and production parameters for preparing pearl hydrolyzed protein,and studies the biological activity of pearl hydrolyzed protein.The results showed that the optimal hydrolysis conditions were obtained as follows:The amount of lactic acid was 4.5 mL;The enzymatic hydrolysis time was 180 minutes;The amount of enzyme added was 0.1 g for the first time and 0.05 g for the second time;The enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 40℃,and the content of pearl protein extracted under this condition was the highest.The efficacy study of this product shows that pearl hydrolyzed protein has whitening and antioxidant activities,and the face cream containing pearl hydrolyzed protein has whitening effect through human efficacy evaluation,which has high application value in the field of skin care products.
