摘要
孤东广管道作为胜利油田主要的输气干线通道,存在自身调峰能力弱,利用外部管道调峰成本高的问题,使得管道运行存在夏季供气量富余管线压力高、冬季供气量欠缺需外购气补充的矛盾。通过在集贤站实施注气压缩机上电应用,取得建设单井调峰储气库以来的较好效果,使得孤东广管道的调峰能力提高四倍,且为下一步扩建提供了依据。
The Gudongguang pipeline,as the main gas transmission trunk channel of Shengli Oilfield,has weak peak shaving ability and high cost of external line-based peak shaving.This leads to the contradiction of surplus gas supply in su mmer and high pipeline pressure,while insufficient gas supply in winter requires external gas replenishment.Since the initial electrification and application of gas injection compressors at Jixian Station and the construction of single well peak shaving gas storage,satisfactory results have been achieved.The peak shaving capacity of the Gudongguang pipeline has been increased by four times and provides a scientific basis for further expansion.
