摘要
为提升高比例新能源渗透的配电网在小概率-高损失极端事件下的弹性,提出了一种基于分布鲁棒优化的多端口智能储能软开关(E-SOP)配置模型。首先,构建含多端口E-SOP的配电网运行模型;进而,采用KL散度构建新能源机组出力模糊集,并以投资成本与配电网失负荷成本之和最小为目标,建立E-SOP双层三阶段分布鲁棒规划模型;采用列与约束生成算法实现分布鲁棒模型的拆分求解。最后,在IEEE 33节点算例中对模型和算法进行了验证,结果表明E-SOP可有效提升储能对不同馈线的功率支撑能力,从而增强配电网弹性。
To enhance the resilience of the distribution network with high penetration of renewable distributed generations(DGs) under low-probability,high-risk extreme events,a distributionally robust allocation model for the multi-terminal soft open point with energy storage system(E-SOP) is proposed.Firstly,a distribution network operation model with multiterminal E-SOP is constructed.Then,the KL divergence is used to construct the fuzzy set of output power of DGs,and a doublelayer three-stage distributionally robust allocation model for E-SOP is established to minimize the sum of investment costs and load loss costs.The column-and-constraint generation algorithm is adopted to solve the distributionally robust allocation model.Finally,the model and algorithm are deployed in the IEEE 33-bus system,and the result shows that E-SOP can effectively enhance the power support capability of energy storage for different feeders,thereby enhancing the resilience of the distribution network.
