红外热成像检测技术在变电运行业务智能化中的应用

摘要 为及时发现变电运行智能化设备业务操作故障,将红外热成像检测技术引入实际工作中,提出一种基于红外热成像检测技术的变电设备故障检测方法。使用红外热像仪进行设备测温诊断,将获取的红外图像从背景中分割,提取设备最低、最高和平均温度等参量推算设备温升特征,了解图像内部温度场状态;择取若干子图像为训练样本实施最优分离矩搜索,ICA滤波就是最优分离矩阵,把它与待测图像共同运算,采用旋积计算方式,并进行阈值分割处理就可得出故障检测的相应数据。仿真结果证实,所提方法能准确检测变电运行智能化设备故障位置,同时故障诊断用时较低,有效维护电力设备稳定运行。 In order to find the fault of intelligent equipment in time,the infrared thermal imaging detection technology is introduced into the practical work,and a fault detection method based on infrared thermal imaging detection technology is proposed.Monte Carlo simulation method is used to determine the initial factors that cause the fault.The infrared thermal imager is used for equipment temperature measurement diagnosis,and the acquired infrared image is segmented from the background to extract the lowest,highest and the average temperature and other parameters are used to calculate the temperature rise characteristics of the equipment and understand the state of the internal temperature field of the image;several sub images are selected as training samples to carry out the optimal separation moment search,and the optimal separation matrix is treated as ICA filtering.At the same time,the convolution calculation is used with the image to be detected,and the fault detection results are obtained by threshold segmentation.The simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the fault location of intelligent equipment in substation operation,and the fault diagnosis time is low,which can effectively maintain the stable operation of power equipment.
