摘要
随着城市更新不断发展,为提高既有大型公共建筑利用率,需在保持建筑主体功能的前提下进行局部改造。局部改造对于大型复杂结构安全性影响的检测鉴定需求日益提高。文章基于某大型复杂结构局部改造的安全性鉴定工程,从现场检测技术和计算分析两方面进行大型复杂结构局部改造检测鉴定的技术探索,提出“两阶段”的检测工作思路和“三层次”的鉴定分析策略。本文研究可为类似工程提供参考。
With the continuous development of urban renewal,to improve the utilization rate of existing large public buildings,it is necessary to carry out partial renovation on the premise of maintaining the main function of the buildings.The demand for the detection and identification of the safety effects of local reconstruction on large complex structures is increasing.Based on the safety evaluation project of a large complex structure local reconstruction,this paper explores the technology of detection and evaluation of a large complex structure local reconstruction from two aspects on-site detection technology and computational analysis.It puts forward the"two-stage"detection thinking and"three-level"identification and analysis strategy.This study can provide a reference for similar projects.
