摘要
全氟戊酮(C_(5)F_(10)O)作为一种环保型气体绝缘介质,具备替代SF_(6)应用于中低压气体绝缘设备的潜力。然而,目前关于C_(5)F_(10)O的生物安全性特别是生物致畸作用的相关研究较少。为了确保C_(5)F_(10)O在电力行业的安全性,有必要对C_(5)F_(10)O气体开展更为全面的毒理学研究。文中通过C_(5)F_(10)O气体对妊娠大鼠的胚胎发育器官形成期给予吸入染毒,然后对孕鼠和胎鼠各项生命体征及胎鼠发育情况进行检查分析,系统评估吸入一定体积分数的C_(5)F_(10)O气体所引起的子代致畸可能性。实验结果表明,吸入高体积分数的C_(5)F_(10)O气体可能会导致大鼠后代存在内脏畸形、骨骼发育不全等不良现象,但并未表现出明显的统计学意义,C_(5)F_(10)O气体对大鼠致畸实验观察到的最大无作用致畸剂量(NOAEL)为7 715.3μL/L,相关结果可以为C_(5)F_(10)O的工程应用和安全防护策略提供了重要参考。
Perfluoropentanone(C_(5)F_(10)O),as an environmentally friendly gas insulating medium,has the potential to replace SF_(6)in medium and low voltage gas insulating equipment.However,there are fewer studies related to the biosafety of C_(5)F_(10)O,especially its bioteratogenic effects.In order to ensure the safety of C_(5)F_(10)O in the power industry,it is necessary to carry out more comprehensive toxicological studies on C_(5)F_(10)O gas.In this paper,we conducted an inhalation study of C_(5)F_(10)O gas on pregnant rats during the embryonic organogenesis stage,and then examined and analysed the vital signs of pregnant rats and foetuses as well as the development of foetuses in order to systematically assess the potential of teratogenicity of the offspring caused by inhalation of a certain concentration of C_(5)F_(10)O gas.The experimental results showed that the inhalation of high concentration of C_(5)F_(10)O gas may lead to the presence of visceral malformations,skeletal underdevelopment and other undesirable phenomena in the offspring of rats,but did not show obvious statistical significance,and the maximum no-acting teratogenic dose(NOAEL)observed in the teratogenicity test on rats was 7 715.3μL/L,and the relevant results can provide important references for the engineering application and safety protection strategy of C_(5)F_(10)O.The relevant results can provide an important,reference for the engineering application and safety protection strategy of C_(5)F_(10)O.
