摘要
为保证6503综放工作面安全回采,并有效解决瓦斯涌出量大的问题,结合采面巷道布置及煤层瓦斯赋存情况,提出了以强化采空区瓦斯及本煤层卸压瓦斯抽采为核心的瓦斯治理技术。该技术主要采用“横川埋管+大直径钻孔+采空区埋管”方式拦截采空区瓦斯和卸压区煤层瓦斯。现场应用后,6503综放工作面的瓦斯抽采量为15.9~20.2 m^(3)/min,有效降低了采面瓦斯涌出量,且采面回风隅角、回风流瓦斯体积分数均在安全范围内,未出现突然增加或超限情况,证明了现场采用的瓦斯治理技术可以满足综放工作面瓦斯治理需求。
In order to ensure the safe mining of 6503 fully mechanized coal caving face and effectively solve the problem of large gas emission,combined with the layout of the mining face roadway and the occurrence of coal seam gas,this paper proposed a gas control technology with the core of strengthening the gas extraction in the goaf and the depressurization gas extraction in the coal seam.The technology mainly uses the method of"horizontal buried pipe+large-diameter drilling+goaf buried pipe"to intercept the gas in the goaf and the coal seam gas in the depressurization zone.After on-site application,the gas extraction rate of 6503 fully mechanized caving face was 15.9-20.2 m^(3)/min,effectively reducing the gas emission rate of the mining face.The gas volume fraction of the return air corner and return air flow of the mining face were within the safe range,and there was no sudden increase or exceeding the limit,proving that the gas control technology used on site can meet the gas control needs of the fully mechanized mining face.
